INDIVIDUAL BASKETBALL TRAINING:
Individual basketball training sessions are 1-on-1 lesson designed to provide a tailored curriculum for your athlete. Our goal is to develop skills, work on weaknesses so they become strengths while improving basketball IQ. Our coaching staff focuses fundamentals, ball-handling, shooting, footwork, explosiveness, strength, agility, while building confidence. Our goal is to help you take your game to a whole new level. The more basketball players can get quality repetitions at a specific skill, the more likely they will replicate it in a game. This means that if you want your team to be better at finishing around the basket, shooting the basketball, playing as a team, you must be willing to spend the needed time working on it. You must be willing to carve out practice time for basketball drills to work on these different areas that incorporate your whole team. While all this sounds great, it can be hard sometimes to find useful basketball team drills as a new or experienced coach. We can help facilitate and tailor training for you and your team. 2-DAY SKILLS SPECIFIC CLINICS:
If you’re interested in a specific aspect of the game our Skill Specific Clinics are a perfect fit for your athlete. If you want to become an offensive threat as a better shooter, dominate down low as a big man with incredible post moves, improve your passing and dribbling so you can control the game as a guard, or improve your defense because a good offense is the best defense, register today. We will have a Skills Specific Clinic for you!
MONTHLY – MONDAY NIGHT SKILLS CLINIC:
Focus on the fundamentals, improve your skills, and become a better basketball player in a clinic series that runs every month throughout the year. These clinics are a great opportunity for players to get extra skill and repetitions in a competitive setting. Players should come ready to work hard and stay moving!
Girls and Boys
Max 20 allowed per session
4-17 year old boys and girls
1 hour of training
Recreational - Competitive skill level
Basketball Training as well as sport specific strength, agility, & explosiveness training
Participants will be divided onto courts based on age and ability
Clinic includes skills/drills/stations, small group competition (1on1, 2on2)
Looking for a way to introduce the younger athlete to the game of basketball? Send them to Little Champs! These clinics are a great opportunity for parents to present the game of basketball to their younger children. Here they will focus on the fundamentals, learn how to be aggressive attackers, excellent dribblers, learn new skills, and have fun! Players should come ready to work hard and stay moving!
Open to 4-7 year old boys and girls, beginner through intermediate
1 hour of training a week (Monday Evenings)
Play on 9 ft. or 10 ft. hoops depending on grade and skill level, and use a smaller sized basketball so they develop good habits
